Scott Knight - Piano
Alan Munshower - Drums

Mario Palumbo (Leader), born and raised in Italy, Mario brings musical arrangements rich in the flavor of the Mediterranean culture: “From a very young age, one of my dreams has been to play jazz. In 1981, while performing onboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, for a short time, I was very fortunate to have Rich Franks as a drummer in my band. You are bound to be inspired from a musician who has shared the stage with such notable figures as Jaco Pastorius, John Patitucci, and Herbie Hancock! |
 |
Scott Knight, a Masters degree in piano performance from Towson University. Aside from performing, Scott is a teacher and a composer. In 2007 he composed an original score for the short film "Push" which was excepted into the Maryland Film Festival. In 2004 he composed and arranged music for the documentary film "In The Face Of Evil" which won the best documentary film award at the 2004 Liberty Film Festival.

Alan Munshower, recognized for both his light touch and imaginative playing, has become one of the busiest freelance drummers in the Baltimore/DC area. Alan has performed at a variety of festivals including Jazz a Vienne (France), Canadian Music Week, and the All Good Festival, and at venues such as The Blue Note New York, the 55 Bar, the Knitting Factory, and Twins Jazz. |
